WEBSITES, PORTALS, USERNAMES & PASSWORDS
The receivership intends to operate as efficiently as possible, which means the use of technology to
reduce the time and expense necessary to conduct a wide array of activities is critical. However, it takes
time to establish, configure, test, and deploy these resources. In addition, there are a number of other
online resources that either already are or will be made available to Investors as various processes
necessary to stabilize and manage the receivership are implemented.
The Receivership website
The address for this website is: https://www.reliantreceivership.com/
As stated in the instructions on the Registration page and in a Note on the Investor Access page
of the website, the username (your email) and password created when you complete the
Registration form are for future use, if and when they are needed, and once the Investor Access
area is active.
The Registration page instructions say this:
“Your Password will be necessary to access the Investor Access area of the website when it is
activated.”
The Investor Access page says this:
“Note: Investor Access is not yet available. Registered users will be notified when this area of
the website is activated.”
The Investor Access page is not yet active. Therefore, attempts to log in will fail.
Also, neither the Receiver nor any member of his team has access to the passwords created by
Investors. We cannot see, change, or reset passwords. Attempts to login to the Investor Access
page while it is not active will cause errors and you may also be prompted to change your
password repeatedly. Until the Investor Access page is active, please do not attempt to login.
The Invoicing & Payment portal
The address for this website is: https://books.zoho.com/portal/christopherconwayasreceiverfor
As invoices are prepared and issued Investors will receive an invitation from the invoicing and
payment platform being used to issue, track, and collect payments. Investors are free to create
credentials (i.e., a username and password) to log in and access information on this website. Using
this site is not required, but it does allow investors to see their invoicing and payment activities
from the date of the first invoice issued from this system going forward. As is the case with the
Receivership website, neither the Receiver nor any member of his team can see, change, reset or
issue passwords for this website. PLEASE NOTE: This portal does not contain any information
about invoices and payments made in the past.
The data being used to prepare invoices for Amounts Due in Arrears was extracted from Reliant’s
system as we found it. This means that the Investor addresses and data used in the first round of
invoices is being extracted from Reliant’s system. These addresses have not been verified and are
distinct from the registration data being collected through the registration process on the
receivership website. Eventually, all addresses and other account information will be reconciled,
but in the interest of time (because premiums, fees and expenses must be paid in full and when
due) invoices for amounts past due have been issued using Reliant data as it was recorded pre-receivership. Investors can change their address information on the payment portal, but these
changes are NOT conveyed to any other system. Therefore, all Investors have been asked to
register on the receivership website and provide their correct contact details.
Third-party websites and portals
Investors who purchased and hold fractional interest positions in IRA/Qualified Plan accounts may
have online access to these accounts via the website or portal provided by their custodian (e.g.,
Provident Trust Group, The Entrust Group, Forge Trust Company, etc.). Neither the Receiver nor
any of his team has access to or information about these websites. These sites are managed and
maintained by each third-party vendor and only they can assist Investors with matters related to
either the use of their systems or information about account activity, fees, etc. A listing of the
third-party custodians known to hold fractional interest positions in custodial accounts for Reliant
investors is available on the receivership website.
